I currently am prescribed trazadone with seroquel. When I used trazadone alone, it just really didn't do it for me. but with 50mg of seroquel in combo with the 50mg trazadone has worked wonders for myself 
. Also just a side note: for trazadone, more doesn't equal more/better. once you hit the therapeutic level (reached by taking 50mg or 100mg), it does nothing more.
