Good Morning Everyone. It got down below zero this morning but it's clear & the sunrise is lovely this morning. I think that I'll take a walk today to clear my head. The winter depression I feel is hitting me hard even though it's been a mild winter so far. I hope a walk in the sunshine will help. I hope you all have a good day with your stress & pain under control.

It has an app that syncs with your phone with lots of good info.

That is one reason that I know I have not been getting enough sleep as you wear it to sleep and it tells you how any times our sleep was interrupted etc and how long you slept

Ok... I know it's not the time I usually pass through, but better late than never I guess... This danged ole fone of mine is givin me a fit! It took me 14 tries just to call walmart today!! I think it's a memory leak... Says my "inbox" is full... Nothin there... What a piece of junk!...

Anywhooo... Good to see Roses and Roses5555 here today and of coarse our very own Fire... And Willie.. Your pics always make me smile or downright laugh out loud!! They're great!

For the life of me, I can't figure out why more folks don't darken the door here at the cafe' ... They don't know what they're missin... They really should join in ... We don't bite (much anyway) ... Oh well... Sorry bout their luck... I've extended the olive branch to all, so there ya have it...

Linville... I do hope you can catch a break every now and then and get a wee bit of shut-eye ... Geeeze buddy... That'll take a toll on ya after a while... I usually have to pop a benzo at night just to keep my bonehead from racing with only God know what...

Ok... I've blabbered enough...

Just remember to love one another and pass along a smile or two... You never know who may be watchin and really need one...

Almost the weekend! Hey that in itself is an accomplishment for some of us! The coffee is almost made and man am I ever ready for it.... I'd put the timer on the pot, but I tend to wake up at random times... Ugh 0... The pot's singin it's last note... Brb...

Now for the early mornin kicker... Brb...

Dang! Some mornings those girls of mine are rougher that usual... Today was one of those times... Lol...

I see we have a new face with us today Strippers... Glad you stopped in this AM... You know it doesn't even have to be mornin... This cafe' is open 24/7 and who knows when someone will stop in... Linville created a wonderful spot here for us to caht about anything and I for one appreciate he did that for us... What a guy!!

And you never know what Willie will come up with... She's always makin me chuckle out loud!!

Roses5555, Roses you two girls are a grand addition to, not only our cafe', but the whole forum as well... Y'all rock this place!

Anybody seen Harley... I know she's been workin her butt off and not too happy with using her phone... Hope she don't hurt herself with all that psyical(sp) activity, buy hey, she seems to like it just fine... I just hope she doesn't over do it...she's always struck me as a woman that gives it her 110%...

And our beloved Fire... Now there's a heck of a gal... She seems to go in 9 directions at once and gets it all done somehow! Be careful my dear ...

You know if everybody at this site would just pass through here and "shoot the breeze" a bit, we could all get to know everybody a lot better... And they, in turn, get our feeling of community and family that we all feel...

Ok... I'll shut it for now...

Just remember to love one another and smile for no apparent reason... It may brighten someone's day that really needs a pick me up... You never know who you help, but I'm sure they'lll never forget it....

Hi Stripers, and yes love that smell of the week end. Jeez I had network issues and those cables and what not are all over the place, so I know one job this week end.
 Also need to run another 100 foot cable to a far room so Harley make those jack ethernet plug connections real good because I think it was the problem last night....ha ha I know do it your own ___ self.......ok I will, I will . Grins
