Still have a residual headache, but I can deal with that!
I think I made myself sick----Today I must go to the cemetery to visit my family and put summer flowers on the markers. I try to do this each season
and it always seems the days leading up to it knock me for a loop.

The mental stress from some things I also believe can make your resistance low and then sick.
