Hey Schmok, is it just a matter of messing up your sleep schedule, or do you also get any depression with that grogginess? Just wondering because I also get that groggy feeling from a nap, but it comes with a feeling of total apathy that makes it hard to push forward with the rest of the day. I just want to continue to nap and escape. I am always amazed when some else tells me that they come out of a nap in a good mood. I really shouldn't be amazed by that because that is how to majority of people feel.
