You know, I’ve had both reactions to naps. Sometimes I feel refreshed, like my body desperately needed sleep and it got what it needed. Other times, I still feel tired and draggy for the rest of the day. Either way, oftentimes when it’s time for bed, I’m inevitably (and irritatingly) awake. I have a hard time shutting my brain off at night and relaxing.
