If I nap at all I get insomnia. This wasn't always the case, growing up in Latin America we would take a siesta in the afternoon and sleep very little at night.
The only time I've found a nap useful is if I've pulled an all nighter and only have a little bit of time before I'm due at work or something. 45mins-1hour and I wake up feeling amazin
