Consumer Affairs News

This is news to me but supposedly,

The USPS has a program called Mail Isolation Control, and Tracking Program, which means it photographs and keeps records of the labeling information on ALL envelopes and packages sent through the mail, on behalf of American LE" The article goes onto to explain the database was broken into and 800,000 employees records were stolen by a foreign government last November, along with every single envelope and package sent through the U.S. mail since 2001.

I did not think they had the resources or the space this would consume, it would be warehouses full of servers, if it was true, one would think? I found it on my mobile and opened on WOT web of trust, which is a plug in that allows millions of people to rate websites reputations where dark green is excellent and red is very poor maybe malware, and then there is a dark green through red rating for how suitable for children. This article is dark green on web of trust.

How legitimate do you think this article is, as I have always been told, and from what I have seen it would be almost impossible due to the shear volume to do as this article claims??
