They have been photographing both sides of all mail for years now. Storage is cheaper and smaller than ever before. You should assume nothing is ever deleted or thrown away as far as information. They are putting out more and more license plate readers which make a permanent record of where that car was at what time. Facial recognition is coming, try changing your hair style now and then, wearing sunglasses in public, etc. Guys can grow a beard or mustache or cut it off. There are types of theatrical makeup that make your face look different, if you want to go that far.
