Anybody using neti for sinus issues?

I can't seem to contort the correct way to properly use a Net pot.

However, in the drugstore I found a substitute that only requires me to bend straight forward over the sink.  It's shape is like a big bulb that you squeeze to direct the water mix up the nose.  It might be called Sinu Cleanse or similar. 

It came with salt packets to mix with the water.  My husband hated it, but I liked it okay. 

Still, I would rather use antihistamine pills and nose spray most times, but if my symptoms get desperate, then I add this to my routine.
