I remember when they were unscheduled totally. Back when Drs and Nurse Practitioners could hand out bags of sample packs with no script. Thats how I first discovered Ultr@m.
I notice if/when I take tram, even if for one day, the next day or so I am zapped of positive emotion and motivation. Also full of malaise. So usually its not worth it to me unless I have a heavy work day while struggling with my sciatic nerve issue. Pain all the way to my toes and not being able to get myself dressed kinda changes my mind on what I will and will not take.
