....if BB wants to look at you nothing is secure.
Couldn't agree more, Furyan66.
In the grander scheme of things, nothing is secure.
BB's cameras are everywhere recording everything. Right now.
But before I throw myself into the pit of paranoia, can I take a breath and mention how things are down my end of the pond?
BB pours a lot of energy into stopping things gaining entry in the first place. They take that activity very seriously here.
If we are to believe what we are told, the scanning systems at our airports and post offices are superior to those on-board Star Trek's USS Discovery.
But BB does not bust down the doors, confiscate and prosecute ordinary citizens just because they have a tiny bit of this or a little bit of that sitting in a jar on the kitchen bench.
They might send you a "Stop that right now or else" letter, in which case it would be wise to lower your profile.
In my neck of the woods, flagrant nutters who thrive on drawing attention to themselves will eventually succeed in getting that attention.
But go about your own business quietly and respectfully, blending in with others as necessary, in general you stay off the radar.
Perhaps I'm naive. Perhaps BB is already watching me & waiting.
God forbid, but if it came down to BB vs me - and BB was in to win - then I seriously doubt that the outcome would be determined by a dynamic IP address or an encrypted email.
They are great tactics to keep petty internet criminals out of my business (and who doesn't want that?), but BB is in a different league altogether.
Just my 2c worth.

There's a difference between having an opinion and having an informed opinion.
