As expected, went from sweatshirts to (almost) 3 digit temps in less than a week!!  It's the humidity that gets my arthritis flying around!!  BUT it beats shoveling snow!!

Hope everyone is coping well with the weather changes and aches and pains!!

Good Morning IOP!

I hope you all had a good 4th of July.

Mine was good but I've had problems with my internet. It got fixed yesterday & I'm glad.

It has been in the 90s the last few days with more to come. I have been busy in my dad's vegetable garden mainly lugging water for the thirsty plants.

I hope you all have a good Thursday with your pain & anxiety under control!
