Hope your day is good.
I was just shy of 8 hours sleep last night
I am so sleep deprived that I am happy about it and would like to get a run of good nights sleep going not less than 7 hours a night
It helps me let the work day BS not bother me oh and I need it for health too

I_S, did you get the needed sleep. I can relate to needing more sleep...so I go 1 night of over 7 nearly 8 hours sleep then bam back to less than 6, I need to find a rhythm.
So I am having coffee and getting the cob webs out to leave soon.
Wishing I could ever leave work in time to have my A/C checked .....well it has been HHH, hot hazy humid
Hey Linville,
I'm still having great success with melatonin *touch wood*, so much so I almost don't even think about sleep anymore.
On top of this I now firmly believe I do not require 8 hours sleep per night.
I used to go to bed for 9 hours per night- hoping I'd fall asleep within an hour (used to take a lot longer, now it usually takes a lot less) anyway now I find myself watching TV at 23:30, knowing I have only 7.5 hours until my alarm goes off.
Melatonin is sending me to sleep within 20 minutes and giving me some long periods of REM, so, although I still HATE my alarm
I always feel fresh and ready to go after about 30 minutes of being awake.Don't be too hard on yourself if you often only get 6 hours- it's actually the recommended minimum so you're still in that 'recommend zone'
Hope everyone is having / has had a nice week!
2.5 hours until the weekend

It is Well with My Soul
