Hi John King.  Welcome to the board.

Linville, a most valued member, has been having the same issue.  Same issue, his wifi access is fine.  His at& t cell service not.

He has been swamped at work and has not had a chance to resolve it.  

So excuse me for being dense but a change of browser could fix it?

Yes, He can try accessing the site on Tor Browser for iOS or by installing Orbot in Android and then accessing through the browser. A VPN can also be tried on the cell phone. This basically changes your IP and the permissions.

Wow thank you very much!! Fyi if anybody reads this..don't use go0gle..use duckduckgo for searches. The engine that does NOT track you!

Good tip ......I use it ( DuckDuckGo dot com ) already and also you can use this as another one 

( startpage dot com ) that doesn't log your searches attached to your name ( IP address) and store...
