I just take diaz by mouth down the throat, don't like the taste under my tongue, nothing against others doing them the SL route,if it helps more then thats good for ya.

Does a med have to be designed to be SL or can you use this method with regular Atti?

When I started taking pills for anxiety, my doctor prescribed me the normal ones.
At the pharmacy, the pharmacist gave me sublingual. I was happy because it was very fast.
When my doctor heard this, he denied that I have other sublingual. He said it was developing addiction.

I found it difficult because now I have to wait long before the effect. And when you do not feel well it seems like forever.

If you want to do a strong, fast hit of xanax, but can't take it sublingual because of the horrible taste, the way to do it would be to just take it on a very empty stomach. Wait until after the xanax comes on before you eat your first meal of the day. That would be my suggestion.

i take those two constantly at low dosages thou, most times i try to melt em under the tongue, but swallowing produces same effects, dont think theres much lose if swallowing.Once you get used to them taste and texture as other poster said becomes ok actually like xanax taste myself but that's almost 10 years taking it.

what i do usually thou take longer lasting one in the morning valium, clonz and reserve xans for night time to fall asleep since found that longer lasting ones alone usually calm anxiety but dont stop thought process so hard to fall asleep.

and timing is the key when having panic attacks so taking at the same time each morning you develop some schedule to know when benzo effects might wear off,for longer lasting benzos if taking say 30mgs i used to split dosages hour apart,so when one tab is about to kick next would go and it created strong enough effects to last full days, since one buildup is there then you take couple and effects still last longer.doesnt work with xanax thou since you get to much instantly which only increases dependency, and dosage.

And thank you all for not discussing ROA. (any method that does not involve putting your medicine where it is scripted to be put.)

You have done this thread quite discreetly. Actually, you have done it normally. Thank you, again.

Hi,

I mainly take Alps at night and follow it with a sweet drink...and a relaxing movie and I sleep like a dream.

All the best,

As long as you take them on an empty stomach.
At least 3 to 5 hours after a meal or they might lose
their effect as it did for me.

How strange.  What is the reason for not giving valium

What a great thread. I currently take alp for my anxiety and cannot take the ones my vendor gives me because they dint melt fast enough when u try to take them SL. But I just plsced an order for some Valium and am glad I read this so when they arrive I can try to take them SL and see how effective they are. Thank you OP and all others who have provided great information on the subject at hand.
