question.....what's a "day" for the rule about 5 posts a day? a 24 hour period? not tying to be obtuse or argumentative...it's just my mania has kicked in and didn't really sleep last night and for me "now" is my new day. i posted 4 times last night. and this "morning" i just had to post in the humorous section before i was going to start a new thread about BP cycling. but have i reached my limit and need to wait until 10.9?

Let me look for you durango.

I saw one member posting beyond 5 yesterday.

It is considered  a 24 hour period.
12:AM to the next 12AM

Durango you have posted 4 today.

It is easy to look and all can as far as I know do it.

Go to ur profile or a member name and click on find all posts by this member and if it says yesterday it does not count for the 5 a day.

And so on like that.

Make sense ?

So you have one left for today until 12.01 AM Monday 

Unfortunately the posts of some others will probably be caught up and deleted when going more than 5 a day and if it happens again then warnings are usually issued with a Private Message.

Some have argued about it in the past and then makes it worse on their self and warnings are issued

So I hope you understand how it goes durango.

Oh btw the other new members reading this take note that if you have some posts deleted this is most likely why .

If it is a different infraction then it is usually commented on . 
It is easy to do and so dont be discouraged.

As we have often said this is so we can get to know you .
