i think we have the craziest (and most fun) forum going. we barely mention medicines.

hell no. we go straight to nude volleyball and underwater tap dancing. i wonder if one hears the tapping sound whilst underneath the water.

A fine suggestion Popster. Some people (I once was one) need a little push to make their first post. I started out a bit shy and low on confidence and remember a few years ago when I made my first post on the other ioplist and it seemed like a big deal at the time. I'd never been a member on a forum before but after I introduced myself in a few sentences, River and a few other kind folk welcomed me and said some nice things. One member said something so simple which was " I like your name" (I was Sprizzler back then), but it surprisingly made me feel good, comfortable and truly welcome.

And wouldn't you know that one of those you remember being kindly towards you was River…..   

Yes , not a bad thing to enter the forum through the introductions or welcome….and as has been said it doen't have to be a big deal because it can be for "real" new members a hard thing to know what to say.

But I will have to go back and find the random thought I read about being kind….hmmm and then post.

may I ask, when u have time, where your accent is from? the oi fucker may be cockney???

dunno. i am 1/16 the British. The rest of me is gaelic. And, I have memorized many a british comedy and comic. Such as eddie izzard.

I have never traveled. So, if you see this, and get a chance, is that a cockney accent? cuz, if you don't mind, i shall use, "oi, fucker" next time some egghead comes on just to fight with me.
