Diazepam + Alprazolam - How do you eat yours!?!

Sublingual all the way! Usually washed down with a cup of tea is my prefered method. I'm one of the few that likes the taste of Xanax and even Zopiclone.

Depending on the situation if I want fast relief I will let dissolve under the tongue but not the best tasting and it hangs out a while.. Most of the time just take em with a good cold glass of water or milk.

Taking v's the SL way doesn't do anything better for me, just a load of nasty taste under my tongue, I take them how they should be taken, with a large glass of water and then cup of sweet tea which for me helps speed things up if i need it speeded up but that's rare, best to spread through out the day other wise i just end up falling asleep which I don't like doing.

As directed by mouth whole or sometimes broken in half (other answers do not apply) usually with some hot water and lemon or very weak tea-why interfere with the intended effect?

If I have really heavy anxiety with a glass of room temp water or something hot, de-caffeinated tea or coffee

I chew and taste the meds I take and I can some sweets are sweeter than others due to them using more lactose.

I have gotten so used to chewing certain types of meds I often chew vitamins etc. I can honestly say the test does not bother me and I feel reassured that I KNOW the taste of meds inc different brands.

I think some people do not realise that thinks like DIAZ are MEANT to be chewed not swallowed.

I also chew sleeping tabs but I heard that is counterproductive to do in hypnotic Z meds. As it is better to let them take 30 mins or so to take effect.

If I chewed any tablets half would end up stuck in little cavities, that'd be a waste, I'll stick to how I prefer, each to their own, whatever is best for someone then stick to that, if it works it works, if not broken then why try to repair it?

I chew up any and all pills i take, from ibprofen to xanax... I actually love the taste.

I take my Ativan under my tongue.It works very quickly that way.
