To add to the Magnesium supplementation...
Please do not walk into wally world and just pickup magnesium from the pharm section. It's 99% guaranteed to be Magnesium oxide; THE most useless form of magnesium found in nature (for human consumption) lol. It's literally the kind of magnesium that you would naturally find in dirt and concrete.
Magnesium Aspartate is what you want. Highly bioavailable. FYI.

I forgot that magnesium citrate has also good bioavailability, however, I wouldn't buy it and drink it unless I was constipated or planning on flushing my system.
