sorry if I putting money amt is wrong.  It is my first order to Macro Mass so I am crossing my fingers. My vendor from another country has disappeared after years. He said they were not letting mail out.  So I hope this works.

I placed my first order at the beginning of the week and payment went through and it's marked "awaiting shipment." I sent a message asking about a time estimate, first through the site message portal, and then after not getting a response for more than a day I tried again via email ... It's been a few days and I still haven't heard anything.
Has anyone had any orders get marked as shipped or heard anything recently?
I think I'm guessing right about what PH means when people say it here?That's where my magazines are from.

Now, i hope u read the thread a bit and saw me state, and macro state, repeatedly to use his web site as a menu really and to never put in phone number. use 1,2,3 4,5. AND NEVER ORDER ONLINE. YOU CAN ONLY ORDER WITH MACRO VIA HIS EMAILS.

So, why don't you email macro with your order number? Read back cuz he has many emails. I just use macromass@gmail.com.

I have stated what need to be stated. One places orders via email. If you did not do that, it would be useless to now email him about unknown order.
