This was my first time macromass. Unfortunately I did get my first LL, but after receiving it I was in contact and found a solution.  

I just wanted to say I am really really really thankful for macromass. There are very few magazine stands that carry this magazine. I'm going to get personal for a moment and say that this magazine makes me not want to kill myself. That's why read it, but unfortunately it's hard and expensive to access from a librarian. So this is the only way for me to read this magazine, and I'm really really relieved and grateful that I can once again walk across an overpass and not immediately want to jump off.

And thank you for putting up with my impatience and incessant questions about tracking the first time. I've been pretty desperate for this reading material for a while now, and it's all worth it now. 

(Oh and for those wondering, it took a little over 2 weeks from the time I ordered)

Glad to hear you had a favorable experience - especially after receiving a LL. Same thing happened to me, and I was told too bad by MM with no resolution, so they are off my list. I realize the unexpected happens, I just prefer not to use them for my magazines. Good luck and I hope you feel better!

Well, If you prefer not to use our services then probably good for both of us but i sure would like to know what your issue was. I do compensate customers when i can where i can. There are no reships, refunds or compensations though and that is clearly written on the website under the PH Stocks section and under the Terms & Conditions as well which customers agree to when making an order.

2 weeks is actually a very fast post.  I've often seen 4-6 weeks or longer.  Nothing worse than checking the mailbox every day on a prayer... 

Please please, learn from my advice.  Do NOT procrastinate.  Take care of business with plenty of time to spare.  Do everything you can to be proactive, not reactive.  I'm sure we can all agree that the added stress of checking that mailbox every day certainly does not need to be added to the already existing issues we all have.  Be prepared!    -Cheers

Be sure my friend, I am a cool mind person who has tons of patience. So whatever i post is never an aggressive approach to things. I prefer clarity over anything else. And business is only successful if you are straight forward and transparent to your clients. I have revised my Terms & Conditions on the website just recently for people to be able to understand how i do business and i hope those who do their homework would find that plenty helpful.
