DM is a term of art used by DBG forum users. We don't have it here.

But wait a minute. at fifty posts u will be able to see more vendors. and make ten posts a day. and PM another.

But we do not encourage u to bug other members for ur answers. Do ur own research.

Cuz two or three things can happen: u may PM someone whom turns u in to me, u may PM someone whom is a scammer, and it is a violation of rules to pester senior and pioneer members and ask others for sources to which u are not entitled by ur post count.

Aim for 150 posts. But the last two people whom came on and posted for PMs for sources, well one was just banned. The other is close now.

Read and research and u will find answers. Unless u r friends with another, don't bug others for sources via PM.

I have. It doesn’t work well for me. I just do t feel right when I take it. And I really do t get a good nights sleep when I take it. I do much better with 10 mgs and if I have to which is not often I will cut one in half and take 15mg. But usually the 10mgs works great for me.

Personally the extended release don't work near as well for me as the IR. I'm not sure why but it's almost as if I didn't take anything at all.

I totally agree with you and what OR said. I had the worst night of sleep ever and on top of that a super anxious feeling. Live and learn. Glad I have this forum and hope my birds land soon or there will be many restless nights ahead. Have a good day everyone.

agree with Incogbenzo, I just didn't find the extended realease anywhere near as effective. I always prefer to go with the original.
