good good friend of dennis. lives a door away.
calls to say merry christmas. its a shame dennis is not here with us.
and to let me know an appraiser is gonna be here by 9 am to assess the house.
where the fuck will i go? i cannot rent cuz i have paid the entire 1500rental fee all this time. no savings cuz dennis was sick.

Praying for you Charon. Can you call the housing authority and see if they can help you find a new place and help you with a deposit and the first months rent? I'm sure there is help available for someone in your situation.

thank u. i shall look them up. i hope they dont expect me to get cabs and trains to get to them. they ignore the fact i say i am permanently disabled no hope of recovery.

i wonder did he think the house would be in perfect shape cuz of christmas? i have no money beyond the darmn rent and a tad of food and verizon bill.
did he think it would get a lower appraisal rate cuz he has been here at least once a week. and I AM PERMANENTLY DISABLED. NO HOPE OF RECOVERY. makes it tough to walk. to do anything.

a change of appraisal rate. and with others it meant they were kicked out soon thereafter.
it used to be one had 1-3 months to be out. not anymore.
and my sister is screaming at me to order a breakfast treat at amazon or such.
she has never faced being homeless. either had i. i pay the rent but if the man dies, i get kicked out. omg.
