Always a pleasure to join a family such as IOP.  Perhaps elders will recognize me as "GotTheShakes".  As always, it's communication, forgiveness, and a sense of family spirit that make it all work.  A family stands strong, and sometimes even sometimes gets a bit loud, but, the sharing, and willingness to work together and share information will always set the tone, and benefit us all.  So glad to be here.
