Harley, I am so sorry about the loss of your beloved cat. I have seen animals such as her baby sister grieving the loss of their companion and it is sad.

Today I'm takin my SO to see her Doc... Her back has been goin out more than she does here lately.... Can't wait to see what he says, especially after that CDC reccomendation came out yesterday... We'll soon see...

Oh yeah... Let's keep Harley in our thoughts and prayers today... She's having a rough time and needs a few good vibez...

It was sure great to see out little Cricket was not in all that water.. She dodged yet another bullet down yonder...

And don't even forget Fire... Having girls to deal with is hard enough without "extra" stuff hittin the fan....

Alrighty then... I always leave out folks and that's not by design... Y'all that show up here are all friends of mine.. Well I consider y'all friends.. Don't know what the devil y'all think... Almost afraid to ask ...

I am sorry Harley. I did lose one of my cat's to diabetes. Young, also. It was sudden. I have never understood what happened.

So sorry for the grieving kitty. I had just told houseshare that cats mourn. When we had to adopt out their babies, to good homes, they would walk thru the house meowing. grieving.

Think DD was cracking under the pressure of too much homework and not enough time.  Stress impacting her sleep at such a young age is bothersome.  Letting her sleep in this am.  

I don't overbook her; she overbooks herself.  Hmm...

So Willie, is your grandson continuing to heal well?

I'm glad you are safe and sound, Cricket, but I'm sorry your area has been hit like that. Not a stitch of news about it on tv here...makes me angry when people are hurting and politics that don't mean n anything at the moment are plastered everywhere.

Did you have any problems from this last round of storms? I can't remember your exact location, but I know parts of your state got quite a bit of water too.

Our local news said we have 3 days of rain coming UGH! Just what people around here need. MORE WATER.
Might be time to start building that Ark.

The day may go better than yesterday... I hope... Coffee's bout ready... Brb..

Cricket... It was just too good to hear you didn't "wash away" down yonder... I saw were even I-10 had water on it!! Sheesh .. At least you're safe!

Willie... This ole cafe wouldn't be the same without you and your wonderful pics... You always can get a smile outta me ...

Fire ... Stay-at-home Mom isn't as easy as some would like to think, you may make it look/sound easy, but the Moms are always "on the frontline" at the home front... As the sayin goes:: "A man's work from sun to sun, but the woman's work is never done!" without good mothers, this whole country would be so much worse off... It's so much better to "raise" kidz, than just "snatchin" them up by the hair on their heads!! God bless you...

Now... I had to take my SO to the Doc yesterday, but of coarse, couldn't get in to see him... So off to the "horse-spital" we went... Her bp was like 180/120... She'd been having a "knot" like feeling in 'tween her shoulder blades for a couple-0-dayz, so I insisted she go somewhere... They gave her 2mg morphine, baby asperine and some kinda "nitro" patch....After making sure she wasn't having a heart attack or a clot... They did all the x-rays and came to no definate solotion... So they refered her to a specialist for her back and gave her a script for....5mg norcos...12 of them! Wow I hope she don't get too much in her system!! Anyway the morph seemed to ease it for her and today we'll try to get her in that specialist guy.... So far this AM, She seems to not be in as much pain... After she was doing all that "shakin" from the pain yesterday, I was freakin out a bit, tried not to show it, but inside I was... Whew was sure glad nothing was taking her out... After all, she ain't very 'big" at all ...

Ok... Enough of that... Guess I was feelin good bout thangz ... Just had to spout off a bit... Thanks for listenin...
