This is from The Traveling Wilburys second album. Roy Orbison sang on the album, you can hear him clearly, but he passed away before the video was made. You see an empty chair rocking with a guitar in it.. That's Orisons guitar in the chair. The other Wilburys, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Bob Dylan and Tom Petty decided to put in the video to honor him. Good song.
