I'm in the same boat as you, but it's gotta be rough on the guy dealing with people all over the planet and every single one of them want it yesterday! Macro is great dealing with all this (and sick kids), but he will come through!

I am Thankful to God Almighty that my kids are better now. As for orders from PH almost all have been shipped Trackings for which would arrive tonight probably. As for orders from P they also have been shipped and their Trackings have also arrived which I only have to sort and send to my clients.

Never feel like an idiot by asking questions. The number of stupid questions I have asked both MM and others is astounding!!! But, who gives a shit? You have to get your information from somewhere. Sounds corny but "No question is a stupid question". (Especially in this game).

Also, I feel vendors have an obligation to answer questions no matter how silly they seem or not.

I wanted to add that the only way of learning is by asking questions. If you think they are silly, you are wrong. A question is a question. If it is asked genuinely, how can it be considered stupid? I did a shit load of paperwork in my last job. If someone new came in, I would think they was something wrong if they did not ask questions, and I would be more impressed the sillier the questions became. The fact that you are prepared to sound silly by asking what you think is a silly question is brave. To me, it shows a willingness to learn.

Like I posted above I've been waiting a month for my order to mark shipped but I feel like I'm being an annoying ass harassing MM by asking for updates but I just couldn't stand it anymore and needed to ask, I haven't heard anything since somewhere around the first. I mean I 100% understand he's busy as hell but I don't think any jury would convict me of worrying after a full month.

Either way, sometimes it's just the wording of something that helps look at it a totally different way and your way helped make me feel like less of an ass. Appreciated!

When you pay for something my friend you own the right to ask for it. Just because i was not available on the forum doesn't mean that i am a rude, arrogant, super busy or strict kind of guy. And as for your order its from P my friend. And you are not alone waiting for orders from P to dispatch. It always takes this much long that is why i have other places with stocks available. The fact is true that ordering from P has its advantage of low prices but it also has the problem of humongous amounts of time for dispatch. If you Google about flights and delays from P and issues in P on regular basis you would get to know how messed up this country is. Further, Please feel free to read about shipping from P by Reg. Airmail which has been clearly written by me on my website as well under this link.

Fret not I'm coming up on 3 months so at this point I will advise no one to purchase anything from that country that starts with P.
of course this is just my opinion. Considered lost to me. Only a couple hundred ,  Sorry Uncle Mac. Your a friend but I have to think of those on the forum as well. Take no disrespect. Just posting my situation.

I would have felt disrespect if i had hidden the fact that P shipping can take humongous amounts of time. And as for your order buddy. Its also in the loop of orders shipped yesterday second batch of which would be shipped on Monday probably. So your tracking should either arrive today or Monday my friend. Thank YOU for your patience and understanding.

Hi MM. Glad to hear the children are on the mend.

Have you changed your seizure re-ship policy?? It seem a lot more flexible than it was when I lost my larger order.

BTW, doing my best to get to the PO to post off your items too. Making sure I get a legit tracking number this time too.

Just a quick question my friend, are you getting my messages via our usual method, or are you too busy to read them? If too busy, I understand and I'll stop sending them until you are ready and back on your feet again. Kind regards and put your feet up for a few days with your children. Give em a day of school, rent a movie, and cuddle up on the sofa. It works wonders.

I am no expert, but I do that occasionally just to remind myself how important quality time is together.

That's horrible! I'm glad to see you post they are doing better. We have never done business together but have spoken several times over the many years you have been around and you were always very friendly and professional.
I think you are definitely one of the best vendors as far as communications go that's for sure.

I think sometime we get so caught up we forgot how important the little things are and when an illness with our children occur it can be a reality check on what is important. Im glad yours are doing better MM, hope for a continued and full recovery.
