I deal in Brands only because in the end i don't want to hear that "Mac the product you sent me is bunk or fake or doesn't work". And if a product has complaints from 2 to 3 clients even i take no time to take it down and have been compensating my customers time and again. Therefore whatever you want to order be sure it would work. Thank YOU.

Good communications .  Order still rolling like a flat basketball, due to the politics of lesser great minds. Know that I do anticipate the delivery soon and will keep posted as to this.   Thanks to their mails, I know the traffic jam that they are stuck in.

Almost 50 out of 75 orders have been delivered by now. Hopefully the remaining would also deliver soon. Things are moving slow but are moving which is surely a relief.

Another great interaction with Mac recently. The guy is such a pleasure to deal with! Could not be more helpful! Think I'm on probably my 10th order now and couldn't recommend highly enough. A true gentleman, who I regard as a friend now. Will update on arrival but once again, highly recommend!!

We encountered a couple of problems along the way (completely out of Macros control) and Macro was always there with (and open to) suggestions/ solutions.

In the end, I'm happy and it's just absolutely solidified in my mind how trustworthy, friendly and reliable this guy is.

His number one priority is customer satisfaction and that's EXACTLY what his customers get.

He answered every question I asked, and I asked a lot!

He's outdone himself, outstanding!

Hey fellas...I'm one of the people waiting on my order to arrive that I placed 2 weeks ago. I'm in the New York area..has anyone received on this side of the world yet?

Also when it's backed up like this does the tracking number get updated accordingly or do you think the package would make it to my mailbox without the tracking updated?
