Used your recipe tonight it was amazing. I added some pancetta chunks (which is basically thick cut bacon, which you probably already know) that was my Italian side coming out, but everyone fully enjoyed it. Thanks again

One of my super easy and very yummy recipes is a one skillet pasta dish. I'm going to list only the base ingredients because you can add as much different stuff for your preferences.

For 2 adults: Brown 1/2 pound of meat (I prefer bison meat or lean hamburger) with minced garlic to taste (unless you don't like garlic). Add in a large jar of your fave flavor pasta sauce (24 ounces)  & add 1/2 jar of the sauce jar with water, 1 1/2  cups of penne pasta (uncooked) plus seasonings (I use Italian seasoning & Oregano), cook above a simmer until some/most of the watery sauce is gone. Add cheese to your taste (I add 4 cheese Italian mix cheese plus Parmesan cheese - I like lots of cheese, depends on your cheese love). Add any other peppers, mushrooms that you like.

Cooking the pasta directly in the sauce instead of in water causes it to absorb the sauce instead of water so it os much more tasty. If I cook pasta in water now and add to sauce, neither of us likes it as much - way too bland.

This is SO easy and SO good!!

Reilli,
I would assume I could make your pasta recipe with out the meat? And it would still be just as good. I would add some vegetables instead. Or just like you add lots of xheese, peppers and mushrooms. Sounds really easy to. Going to try it.
