Ordered a couple of things from them as one package. Delivery time was about 6 days but because i needed them fast.

Customer service replied fairly promptly, and accommodated lots of changes to the order. But they kept pushing back the promised shipping date by about 2-3 days. Maybe it was because of the changes, but it was frustrating especially since i paid extra to receive my products ASAP.

Macro mass shipping in general is expensive, although the product selection is MASSIVE. Most of what's listed may/may not be available, and there are some that are which aren't listed. You have to email the vendor to get an idea of whats available.

I've tried one of the products, and it's quality was somewhat disappointing. Haven't tried the rest yet.

Which product was disappointing. I can tell you as can macro that I have used so many of his products and even the most exotic products he carries have been of the highest quality. Exactly as if they were obtained in a us pharmacy. Macros product quality is as good as it gets.

And macro is such a gentleman. Such a kind man. He doesn't have it in his soul to send out a product if it isn't the best quality. He is such a wonderful friend and person.

I can't discuss product specifics here, but it's a very popular item that I've lots of experience with. The quality fell far short of what i expected.

I've since had the chance to try the others, and another of the items i ordered seemed lower quality relative to what i'm used to. But it could be that a copy can never surpass the original. I've only ever had the original product occasionally as a study aid, so maybe my metabolism process the copy product less efficiently. 

The other two products however, were top-notch.

Don't get me wrong, I trust macro. Not only from his vibe but from the trust this community has in him. But he might not directly responsible for the production of goods, so the quality may vary from time to time.

Regarding my last post, I want to clarify its meaning as i might have hurt Macro's good name:

1) I may have made it seem that his merch are sub-par, but i can assure you they are of good quality. They're strong and reliable, but for some reason one of the short acting products had no effect on me even though i am normally very susceptible.  I misconstrued this with poor quality, but Macro took the time to email me to explaining that i was the only person so far to receive little effects.

After that, he graciously offered to make up for this issue the next order


Overall, dealing with macro was an absolute pleasure.

From my own experiance, and my 2 cents...And I'm Sorry to hear people are having issue with quality of certain products, BUT...

Even though I haven't ordered from Macro in a while now, and thats very much down to my own set of "Circumstances", and it would be stupid of me to explain it and/or put any of the reasons for that up on a public forum, especially during the current "climate" and the times we are living in right now.

That said, I used Macro for a v.long time(Was the only vendor I used for a long time) and I NEVER had any issue with the quality of his product, if anything they really were of better quality than that what my own GP had ever prescibed me(Mg for Mg).

So, that said all I can think is that it was just an "odd" batch that somehow got passed through QC at factory, and what you may have ended up with? It's unfortunate, but I'm sure Macro will be doing his damnedest to fix any issues. I would assure anyone here from my own experiances with Macro, that he is not the type of person that would ever save a few pennys or ever compromise the quality of his product...

In this "Game", Reputation is everything, and thats probably why so many underhanded people "try it on" so to speak, and pretend to be him or Imitate his outfit! Hell they even try to infiltrate/copy his Websites(Just look back and read through this thread!), that alone should tell you all you need to know about Macro's integrity - if anyone here is questioning it(and I'm not sayin' they are!), he truly IS an up standing person with a genuine heart and soul, that cares about his customers. You can't go wrong with MacroMass.

Again, it's just my 2 cents...


Ok, so in the ten minites it took me to write that post, it seems that everything got sorted out by Macro!

So yeah it kind of proves the point I was trying to make, that to Macros credit he came though for his customers as he always does - just as I knew he would!
