Saturday! Finally! The coffee iss just about done and I can hardly wait today! By golly it's done.... Brb...

Besides my "good mornin kiss" from the boss, there's not much better than a good ole cup-0-joe!

Yousa! My old burnt lungs must be doin better, I can actually catch my breath in only a few minutes... That has to be a good sign...

Anyhooo.... It's good to see CL posting again.. And what was up with that "dog" you posted in the joke thread... I mean, how many times did THAT have to happen to warrent a sign? Makes you wonder don't it...lol... We missed you CL... Don't be gone so long next time....

Well... Whatever comes to mind... Much more light-hearted convo is sometimes the best of all medicines....

I'm sure, as always, I tend to leave folks out of the list... That is completely unintended, cause everybody on our forum counts!

A quick thanks to all who participate here at our virtual cafe... Y'all make this place what it is... Warm, friendly and inviting... You just don't find this kinda feel just anywhere. We are all quite lucky Charon and Admin gave us this place to meet up...

Okay Iceman, you seriously need to lay off the coffee. Switch over to something that doesn't make you so hyper in the mornings, like NyQuil.  

Oh, I was really bored last night so I drove downtown and got a great parking spot, then sat in my car and counted how many people asked me if I was leaving.

Zander, thanks for making me laugh this morning and Ice, don't you go listening to him, I always love your posts and this cafe wouldn't be anything like the same if it weren't for you!  
I am a happy bunny this morning as last week, my consultant gave me permission to start exercising again. I am a military fitness bunny and life has not been the same without it for the past few months. She said start slowly and that's what I am doing, but just being back in the park with my friends, the huge buzz from the exercise and the deep mud (hey, nothing's perfect!) makes me feel sane again. 
Ok, I don't want to exaggerate.  Saner.
But it is such a huge part of my life, to be so fit, and I missed it so much, and am so glad to get started again, albeit at the bottom rather than the top of my fitness curve.   The only way is up, as they say, or at least, I believe Yazz did once and that's enough for me.
A big fitness buzz hello to Roses, Linville, Fireplaces, Harley, Shayna, Willie, Cricket, CL and of course, Zander and Ice.  Have a good weekend.

I got a fair good nights sleep thx for inquiring Ice.

No work scheduled but changing engine oil and mining through the mountain of paper work on my desk from life going faster than I can keep up with it.

I saw Kittycat post something in a thread so I hope I will see her again. 
Hey Kitty I hope 2016 is being good to you , Linville screams out.

I am not in the politics or the cliques so I do not know what in the wide world of sports is going on.

Anyway, I just finished the last bit of my Sumatran and it is like the old Maxwell House commercial, 
GOOD TO THE LAST DROP.

No bitter aftertaste just good flavored coffee taste.

I might grind up & make more. 
Oh, BTW my old company is offering me a goodbye gift choice, and one is a fancy coffee maker called, 

Warning Pro Espresso Maker ....and it makes espresso's, cappuccino's lattes, and more. 
With a steam wand, 42 oz tank and 15 bars of pressure .
What do you think Popster?

It uses pods or I can grind my own fine and tamp it in.....Hmmmmm I am really thinking of getting it for some fun.

I usually just use a regular ole drip maker. The trick to good coffee is the bean and the water temperature  and of course the water being of good quality.

Oh I know you are thinking he is obsessed LOL. And yes I am into quality tasting coffee.....my quest for it was successful some years back.

GOOD TO THE LAST DROP"............tells me your just a younster

Your espresso maker sounds very wonderful........I find grinding my own not worth it in time or $......I have the shops where I buy my coffee grind it for me and then keep it in an airtight container.....just have them grind it #4 or "espresso".........I use the wand and froth my own....takes a little skill but once you learn.....it's fun.  if your wand has an adapter on the end to "help" you froth the milk....well, I always throw those away......they make it worse.

Just my two cents.
