Anybody using neti for sinus issues?

I'm not sure what alkalol is... must be a propriatory blend. At first I thought you meant alcohol but 50% alky would hurt you bad I think. My neti pot cost me a whole $2.

It might be worthwhile for you to check out Alkalol and the NeilMed bottle if you've had success with neti... the Alkalol solution greatly increases the effectiveness of lavage and the bottle is much easier to use than a neti pot.

For me, this combo has produced excellent results and I've come to start each day with it.

I once used a neti pot. Adjustment took a while to having water up my nose without gagging. The trick for me was opening my mouth wide while breathing deep and slow. Later on, I got this motorized pump neti contraption. It functioned basically the same without requiring one to tilt their head.

I've stopped using both due to the general hassle. I generally felt better afterwards, head very clear. The benefits just didn't outweigh having to flush your nasal cavity with water.
