I don't get here much. Â But, its nice to see u joining in.
Well that depends on who, Charon. Some I bite hard, some I nibble, and some I wouldn't bite at all. Â
JimboS, no problem. We're good! Â You will find on this thread that I am seldom serious. Oh, welcome to the site by the way.
Good job quitting the nasty smoking Iceman. I be proud of ya.
Roses5555, that was a nice story and a fine thing you did.
Have a good one everyone.

Good morning, Sunday has arrived, everyone, at least here on the other side of the Pond. Definitely one of my favourite days of the week though I feel very tired. Â Counselling training tends to be quite emotional and intense - it wears you out in a non-physical, but very palpable sort of way.Â
Zander, I think we now need to see your full biting agenda - with subheadings for Those I Bite Hard, Those I Only Nibble, etc. It's always nice to know where you stand. Â
Ice, I am taking your advice about smiling, have been wondering why I was so tired all the time, now I know it's because I was wearing myself out frowning too much!
Charon, it's lovely to see you at the Cafe, I hope things are a little brighter for you.
DJ, glad you enjoyed Deadpool. My younger son would probably enjoy it - he's reasonably into the superhero type films like Avengers Assemble (while sadly they bore me to tears).Â
Willie, I loved the picture but how on earth did the photographer get the dog to lie there so quietly with those cakes right next to him? My dogs would have gobbled those up in a heartbeat...and then have needed taking to the vets to be made to vomit them back up again as I would have discovered they had raisins in or maybe Zylitol (doggy toxins).  Does anyone get the impression I am speaking from grim experience?! Â
Anyway, hello to all, happy Sunday. Off to get started on those chores now.

Good Morning IOP....
Let me start off by saying to Jade... You'll do just fine here.. A better group of helpful friends, you'd be hard pressed to find IRL... Like I said before, just be yourself here... We actually love to help those in need, not only with meds, but sometime all a person needs is someone to listen... We all have a purpose... (still can't figure out what it is I actually do, but that's another story.. )... Ok coffee's ready.. Brb...
Ahhhh... Dang! That seems better than usual!
Hey Zander... Better be careful just who you bite.. These days, it may take a series of shots to get rid of something!!
And again.. NO SMOKES! (cigs anyway ) ... I have the best support group to be found anywhere... Thanks folks... Y'all really mean a lot.... Don't get me wrong, I still get that "urge".. But 60 secs ain't long.. So to h3ll with those "coffin nails" as someone said ....
Today will be warmer that yesterday.. YEAH!! I can deal with temendous heat , but cold... If I never see snow except on a post card for the rest of my life, I wouldn't complain AT ALL!!...
And while I thinking (and you know about me and thinkin) about it... Roses5555, that was truely a great thing you did for her... You don't know for a fact, but you may have even saved her life! Or even kept her from being {{{shudder}}} sexually assaulted... It's a fact of the times we live in and the scum that feed on exactually those kinds of episodes... You know, if I was to stumble across someone "helping themselves" to an incapacited person like that... Eell let's just say, they'd forget what they were doing before I got there!... Look I may not be the the best example of how to be, but somethings I just can't tolerate! So cudos to you my dear, you may even have saves a life that night.. I have sisters and if anyone were to "take advantage" like that... Well it wouldn't be pretty to say the least...
O I know what you're saying,"SHUT UP ALREADY!!" So I will ..
Remember to love one another today and smile often... It could be a life or death situation...
I love you all

Well good morning Rose, I'm Jade. It's almost 4am here and wish I hadn't woken up. Insomnia sucks and what I've been reading , I'm not the only one who deals with it. Â
You sound like your in high spirits and I sure don't want to disrupt that... Nice nice to here  you're upbeat mood ...
Have a great day and don't work to hard..
Thank you Ice for how to do this.. you're always so accommodating. I guess you're up for the day as well? I'm going to try and get at least a couple more hours.. Night and good morning. ..

Gooooooooooooood morning everyone!
Good afternoon to me, a very good afternoon because Manchester United just beat Arsenal 3-2.
Just popping in because now it's the cup final (Liverpool v Manchester City) - football is a religion here.
I hope you all have a great day!
