\Well guys, everything is set. My move day is Aug. 4th. That means I really have to bust arse even more to get everything done. This stress and pain is about to kill me.

I just pray everything goes as planned and no problems pop up at the last minute. Still having problems with the 2 mortgages changing the accounts to my name and out of my mom's name. I had to finally go to my attorney and spend almost $400 to get the document filed thru the courts for the change, as both mortgage holders required, but they STILL are giving me grief. What do they want? My last drop of blood? I've done all that they needed so I just pray they have it fixed when I go to act of sale next week. UGH! BANKS suck.

Gotta REALLY get busy to get the rest packed up, so I might not be around too much until this fiasco is over.

Please pray for dis bug that all goes as planned.

Later gators.

Cricket,
This is starting to sound like an episode of that show "Horders"!!!!!! Just kidding, thought you needed a little (ok, very little) comic relief.

I am sure if we all could we would rent a bus, pick everyone up and come over to help. Although, with all our collective aches, pains and illness, we would probably more of a hinderence.

You are getting there....just a little while longer before you can sit down, put your feet up, have a sweet tea and a praline and watch something trashy on t.v. Keep on truckin' friend. Rumor
HI Cricket!

We haven’t met, but I feel like we have. Moving is always stressful and it looks like there’s some light at the end of this tunnel for you.

It’s blurry in the midst of this storm, but as soon as it blows over, you’ll be comfortably settled in and back in a comfort zone!

Speaking of storms, I had to stop and take a deep breath when you mentioned Katrina. If you were able to survive it mentally and emotionally intact, you can get through anything! My ex husband is a “Coonass” and darn proud of itSmile

Praying you through!

Nice to meet you Junia.
If your hubby is a coonass, he's gotta be good people LOL Big Grin

Surviving Katrina was very tuff, but at that time I had family to go thru it with me. Now I'm alone with no family left plus lost my best and closest friend to the big C. Now all I have are my dogs and thank God for them. All of the stress and going this alone is really hard. The closer the sale date gets, the more emotional I get. I cry all the time it seems and feel like a big baby.
But, I have no choice but to go thru it. Damn, I wish I could teach my dogs to pack boxes. That would be a big help LOL.

BTW, I think I FINALLY have things straightened out with the bank so that there won't be any problems at the closing. But, with my luck I'm not so sure. Guess I'll find out soon enough.

My buyer (great person) is coming over tomorrow to take down my 2 big screen TV's and a ceiling fan for me so that the movers won't charge me more for doing that. He's trying to help me as much as he can and I am SOOOO thankful for that. Wish there were more people in the world like him. He's been taking time from his vacation to come and help me. That's awesome.

Well Junia, I hope you enjoy our little family here. So many really good friends that are always ready to help. I luv 'em all dearly.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
Luv you ALL. Heart

Hi everyone,
Well this is it. My last night of owning my home. Tomorrow morning is the act of sale and I'm feeling really down about it. Especially since I found out this AM that I won't be getting as much money as my agent said I should get. He said he will give me a break on his fee, which helps and I'm grateful for, but it's almost $5000 less than he thought I'd get. Damn, I need EVERY penny I can get and then a bunch. I sure hope I will be able to survive on what little money I will have coming in, but it's gonna be tuff. Won't be ordering much of the meds I need to function.

It's terrible to see how fast your life can completely change. Cricket's not having any fun.
I know I'll be a basket case tomorrow when I sign away my life. Sometimes makes ya wonder if living is worth it when NOTHING seems to go right.

Sorry to be such a downer, but I'm feeling very emotional about all of this. I guess time will tell if I can make this work.

Luv ya

Awww...Cricket .

I am sorry about that.

I am sorry just dont know why either.

All I know is that the sun dont shine on the same dog everyday.

Hang in there my friend, Cricket. It always seems like the sale of a home , a home is never what it seems should be.

Good morning Fire,

I don't move until next Thurs. the 4th. This company that is suppose to come and buy the furniture and other odds and ends has yet to get back to me about when he can come. He knows I have to have it outta here by the 4th, but this is adding more stress on top of the stress I have already.

I hate this last minute crapola. If he doesn't get it out before the 4th, any money I get for my things will end up going into my home buyers pocket for rent for these last few days. I'm about to pull my hair out because I REALLY need this money.

Drama, drama, drama! Angry

Gosh Cricket, I am so sorry that you are having to deal with all the drama that comes from moving. I am crossing my fingers for you that the movers get there act together so that you can get your money by the 4th. Hang in there.

Thanks Roses. I just hope I don't lose my mind before this is over. Or maybe I already have but just don't know it yet LOL
