Update

Finally heard back from the lady I was hoping could come up with a miracle to allow me to stay in my home. Not good news, which I figured anyway. NOTHING has gone right for me the last few yrs. so I wasn't expecting that miracle. POOP!

It's been pretty busy around here with agents bringing people to look. No bites yet. All of these "visits" are making it almost impossible to get anything done as far as packing and going thru stuff. Every time I start digging into things, the phone rings with another agent coming to show the house. I'm glad for all of the showings but also not so glad. I almost fear someone is gonna want it. I DON'T WANT TO GO.
They'll probably have to pull me outta here kickin' and screamin'.

Come on lotto. Let me win enough to get outta this mess so I can stay. PLEASE! At the rate it's going, I'll never get my packing done UGH!

Thanks Fire. I knew it was a big long shot but was worth a try.

Still haven't been able to get much done. Lots of people coming to check it out which means I have to try and keep it neat. Hard to do when you're trying to go thru stuff and pack what you plan to keep and bag or box up what has to go. I can't have boxes sittin' all over the place.

I'm HOPING to do something today, but I know as soon as I start diggin' in I'll get a call saying someone is coming.
Maybe I should just grab my pups and run away.

Sorry things have not gotten better for you. Something has got to change for the positive for you soon. Seems like a lot of people are interested in your property. Maybe it will sell for well over asking pricell and you and the pups will find an even better place of your dreams---fingers, toes and eyes-croeyes-crossez for you. All the best, R.

I think I'll be lucky to get the asking price since the house needs a few repairs like painting and repair to a couple of spots to the sheetrock where the puppy has chewed. It really gets me. Many yrs. ago smoking was not an issue. Now it's not politically correct and everyone has been brainwashed to go nuts over it. They make you feel like a criminal if you smoke. Hell, there are things they could do to remove the smell and I'm giving them a $5,000 allowance to use for that or any other way they choose.

A few people have said they really like the townhouse and rave over the view of the water. No one has come forth yet with any offers tho. So, gotta just take it a day at a time, but I feel like I can't live my life with ANY peace with them coming a few times a day. I know it's good that I'm getting so much traffic, but I REALLY REALLY don't want to go. I know I'll have to sell (unless I hit the lotto), but I'm scared someone will want it. UGH!
Life sucks sometimes.

Hi gang,

The "visits" have slowed down now so able to get things goin'. Been working my butt off but still soooo much to go thru and decide if I keep or pitch it. Haven't packed any boxes yet, but when the time comes to move, all I'll have to do is throw it in boxes and go since I've sorted thru it already.

I went to see a couple of trailer parks yesterday just to get an idea of what they look like. One was called Dream Courts. Looked more like NIGHTMARE Courts LOL.
The other one I went to was much better and I think I could learn to like it. All depends on if they will take in my 4 pups. I haven't been looking seriously yet since I have no idea how much money I will have after the sale and paying off mortgage and moving fees etc. I may go with a trailer or a house I can afford. Just have to wait and see where I stand when I find the right buyer.

Well, time to get back to work. Thanks guys for all of your encouragement and prayers. Somehow I'll get all of this done.
