I swear the weekends get faster and faster!
Had a great birthday party for my fiancée's best friend, but I lay here tired and annoyed at once again spending FAR too much.
Oh well!

Good Sunday Morning, Everyone! 

Ever have one of those days where you feel happy to be alive? That is today for me!!

Of course yesterday was one of those, I hate my life and most everyone in it days, but I'm trying to move on.  Perhaps I'm undiagnosed bipolar who knows..

But.. TODAY is what matters now. I have tons of little chores to do because I've been putting them off (add procrastinator to the list) but I feel like I can conquer the world today. So today I will break open all those ez pass violations and pay up, look at some scary bills, make a few phone calls to some family members that don't know when it's time to hang up, and on and on. 

So, I'm wishing you all the same semi-energy or more that I'm experiencing today, and most of all, a feeling that you are a good personfilled with peace.

Linville, as always, the coffee was DAMN good.

Revolution so glad you felt like tackling things that have built up yesterday, hope it continues today...then I will need a side bar with you to see how I can get mine started..LOL But no joke good for you. One does feel better.

I am still dealing with my old insurance company to give me my saved up money which they don't what to let go, now Friday I was told that oh the paperwork is wrong.....jeez.

Anyway everyone I hope you can have a pain and stress free day as possible.

Get some coffee and ...it might make you feel different, grins. Are we awake yet?

Good Morning, IOP!!

Good day to everyone from the not-so-sunny UK today. Harley, I loved your description of your grand-godson's party (is there such a thing as a grand-godson?!) You're so right about the importance to little guys with big brothers of doing everything they see them doing. The little ones with older siblings tend to learn so fast because of it whereas the poor old firstborn has to forge his or her own path. I meant to say, by the way, Harley, that I loved the story about you helping the old man in the gas station and particularly the bit where he tried to give you a tip afterwards. It made me smile on and off all day, such a heart-warming little vignette of life. I wish more people were like you and would take the time to help the elderly and others who need it too. We do live in such a fast-moving, rather cruel society I think. It must be hard if you are old and struggling and people just look at you as a nuisance.
A big warm hello to Roses, B2G, IS, Charon, Linville, Zander, Willie, Fire and Ice (my superheroes), Audrey and Revolution (I am a lot like you, up one day, down the next - it can be exhausting, I feel for you). And hello to all I have missed too. Have good days, free from pain and anxiety and with a refreshing sleep awaiting you at the end of them.

Oh, my head...Going to have to see if I can sneak in a nap or two today.  Other than this hangover, I'm back home at the mini-farm and glad to be so.

Just poured my coffee; the first of many!

There's something in the air on Monday's before noon in my city. Maybe it's just me, but I get the feeling that everyone "out" right now is on a mission, are busy, on duty, etc. Monday mornings feel like progress to me.
