I don't have a clue where to put this article.....this doctor has a theory about stress called "Chronic Body Depletion" that resonates as truth and makes so much common sense.  This should be read and thought about by all of us......

In this age of Internet, 24 hour "news", and insufferable advertising.....we can protect ourselves with this knowledge.

Surely this is part of the reason for all of us having anxiety and stress.
