Good morning All!

I hope you all had a nice sleep. I have more problems trying to get a decent sleep... I sleep on this little twin bed. I can barely move or I'll fall off.
I'd like to get a larger, wider bed but I can't. See a lot of people are afraid of heights. Not me, I'm afraid of widths. Guess I keep roughing it out on the twin.

Sunday! I guess it's pre-Monday... Well the coffee's a brewin and the ole trusty bong is callin my name... Hadn't been here as much as usual, but in my defense... The boss has been on a "cleanin" tear... She's some kinda freak when it comes to things like that.... I try to stay outta the way, but she finds me... Like she has a trackin device on me or something....

Ok coffee's ready... And so am I... Brb...

Yeah man! Good stuff! Now let me get my lighter... Bingo! (now I think of Harley when I actually find my lighter...thanks) ... Brb...

Whew! Agnes... What a girl! ... Took me a bit and had to get back in my chair from to coughin fit, but... What a girl!!

Well back to the theater this morn, gotta break yesterday because of the auction((that was an all day job) ... There was glassware::: fenton, milk glass, hull, cambridge glass, there was beautiful cherrywood hutches and a cabinet for plates and such that the 6x6 glass front panes looked like big bubbles! Never saw one like that! Gun safes, buttter churns and instruments! My God, he musta played everything... Brass,string,precussion and keyboard... Didn't see a triangle... Oh yeah and guns... Old guns... He even made fiddles... You know the difference between a fiddle and a violin? ... About $600 ...

Ok.... I've blistered y'all's eyes long enough... Brb...

Had to get one more pull from ye 'ole bong...

Good morning, I think, as my days flip flopped again!

On Friday night, my husband accidentally hurt my foot, possibly breaking my big toe.  He wanted to take me to the ER, but I had just started coloring my hair.  I talked him into waiting a while to reassess.  Meanwhile,  I took my pain meds.

It's really weird that a bolus of 4 Advils makes me sleepy whereas my Percocet doesn't affect me.  Then, I started having problems with my blood pressure being too low, like 80s/40s.  Again, he threatened the ER, but I just wanted to lay down, and he relented.

I ended up sleeping all day!!  I started my day on Saturday around 5:00 PM, and errands plus a supermarket trip using a bumpy mobility cart did me in.  I couldn't finish getting all the groceries I wanted, but I did get the important stuff.  Even in a mobility cart, I just couldn't go any further.

So we went home, put away groceries, and I took another pain pill and more advil.  I fell asleep again!!  My husband comes into the bedroom around 4:30 AM, irritated that he forgot to take a required picture for one of our mystery shops at the supermarket.  I offered to go with him, and then we got the picture and went to IHOP.

He had an omelet, and I had fried chicken with corn.  I had been wanting fried chicken, and this really hit the spot.  I also had their bottomless coffee, with lots of cream.  I must have had at least 4 cups!!!

Then, we went home and finished the shop reports.  My husband finally laid down to sleep.  I am now lying in bed next to him, using my smartphone to read/post.  I am wide awake and raring to go, of course, lol.

Oh and during our errands, I did a good bit of driving.  I even drove on my own to go to McDonald's drive thru.  This was the first drive thru I navigated / first time driving alone since my head injury.  I did it, yippee!!!!!

Ice Wizard, like you my coffee is brewing and I can't wait as that delicious fragrance is just floating around my kitchen just teasing my senses...

Shayna, after reading a few posts back and the pain and suffering you have been experiencing, I am glad to hear that it has lessened its terrible grip on you and that you are feeling better....I am sending good thoughts your way and hope that you continue to feel better with every passing moment...

and to everyone else, I wish you all a very good morning and my best for a day filled with peace, love, and light.

We had frost last night but the sun is shining and it is going to be much better than yesterday unless you happen to like cool cloudy which btw I know some do.
I know some that prefer cloudy verses sunny. I can understand that as much as I love the views of clouds.

IceWizard you had me talking about the boss cleaning, and you trying to stay out of the way, but she finds you….Appreciate you so much, my friend. Just talking about things in your humorous way kind of help getting going in a pleasant way for the day ahead, you know. 

The difference between violin and fiddle, good one. I have a family member that plays the Violin, I love the sound that instrument makes. 

Special Good Morning to AngelS …I hope you come on in Cafe Linville and sit a spell and have some of your favorite beverage and feel welcome.

Shayna I am glad you achieved a new milestone, driving, first time after head injury. Good for YOU.   Had quit a big day didn't you. Recovering more all the time it seems. Happy.

GM, Fire, I also think sleep is critical for the body to heal and re-new itself. Something overlooked a lot of the times. I know it is by me. 

I am always trying to stop short changing myself with the amount of sleep I get……ugh 

I'm thinking routines as well. The body does better with routine. It like a rhythm like breathing. So it is with sleeping and when it is interrupted, not good.

Wait a minute, am I in the random thoughts thread, …..no no J/K.


Oh, Shayna I didn't mean to overlook your toe injury. Like Fire said I have known people break their little toe and the doctor only stabilized it with the adjourning

one and said be careful. So, it is always better to let them make that decision.  As you well know.

Okay so here a little aggravation to me….I posted the new post too close to my GM post and it attached to my original and I saw that I misspelled something  

I also realize that I only have like 10 minutes to make edit's. 

So, I cannot find the edit button when the post attaches with the original one. Even though I just posted it, 1 minute ago,  Hmmmm

Just an observation…..and if all my aggravations were this small, ha ha   I would be so happy.
