I used the most famous one a few years back.
When I got my disability, it is so low, my disability advisors said I never had to pay tax again. Â Good and bad.
Good luck.
Hi Charon,
Good to see you. Good you don't have to pay again--I don't either. Just don't want to get behind on filing. I got a lot of things on my list to get behind on before that. Bad, you don't get a refund. It's been I think a thousand years since SS got an increase. Everyone knows the inequality of who pays and who doesn't pay taxes. You deserve a refund on your past taxes that have gone to support corrupt regimes, bigger weapons, and the longest war in American history--Afghanistan. I don't want to have to pay for breakthroughs in creating artificial limbs, and glorious campaigns to stop cancer with no clear plan. I had a good friend who was carpenter. He had a slogan above his desk. "Never start a vast project , with a half vast idea".Â
I'm not even political, just politically disabled. If cynicism was the yardstick, then the Trumpster is the clear candidate. Just can't vote for someone who makes fun of faces, or those with disabilities. Maybe not too pragmatic, but there must be something beyond "whatever works."Â
Hope you are having a good day,
Spankster
Most aggravating day - Some people just cannot help themselves, they have to make nasty comments in public based on inaccurate assumptions. Ah well, perhaps another coffee and today's mail delivery will fix it.
Smile, b2g, smile...No, not like that - Try to make the fangs show a little less. OK, a lot less.
Anyone ever felt like this ....standing in rough turbulent surroundings and nothing real close to grab...so you have to just keep going ....
Who was it Churchill said, If your going through hell, keep going.

Ah...I think many have been there. Sometimes you just have to go through it. People have made it across the English Channel swimming, so if that can be done...well...you get there.
There's a lot of beauty in that picture, Linville.
So, this was me today...glad the day is OVER.

Rev, that's me TODAY. With four days off starting tomorrow I have a serious case of "short-timer's syndrome", and just can't muster up any damns to give about crises caused by others.
You know the old saw "A mistake on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine"? That's SO me today.
Best,

Hi Revolution
That is a great Picture post
Today I have already been so busy that I had an interface issue......
The interface was me...
But I will keep trying .... overcome that one although it was embarrassing but that was all
Now back to um what was it....

Hi Everyone,
Here's a funny story. Happened about twenty minutes ago. I'm in the RV and someone knocks at the door. Opened the door and it was a guy delivering Chinese food order. He said the order wasn't clear, had it listed at spot #43, but #43 said it wasn't theirs. So he tried me, #53.
I said, no, it wasn't me. But, if he ran out of "threes" he could bring it back and I'd buy it, whatever it was. So, a few minutes later he showed up with a real big bag in his hands, saying he couldn't locate the orderer and I could have it for 10% off. The order was for $37.00 dollars and I said, whoa, I'm a lone eater, and couldn't handle that much. So, he said they'd have to remake the order, so how much would I offer. I said, still sight unseen except for the size of the bag, and twenty bucks, and he said, deal. So I gave him my credit card, he went back to his delivery truck and did the deal.
So, I go it in and it must have been for a big family. I got eleven of those Chinese takeouts little boxes. I got fried shrimp, a quart of tomato beef to go over the chow mein noodles, egg roles , rice, won ton, and I haven't opened the rest. I can freeze most of this stuff I can't eat, which is a lot, covers my little counter. AND, fortune cookies.
What a deal. I never eat out, cost and trouble. It's the Year of the Monkey, and I thank whatever monkeys that be for my day's treat.
Who says I need to mingle?
