I am so ashamed of myself. For some reason, I didn't visit this thread and had no idea what had happened to you. I'm so sorry my friend and I hope you are feeling much better. I hate that feeling when you know you're gonna fall and try your best to keep it from happening. Then to suffer thru the flu as well. Sounds like you're having a tuff time and I wish we could do something to make it all better.
Now I know flu is no fun, but I'm a FIRM believer in avoiding flu vaccines or any other vaccines they come up with. Those things will kill you. If more people knew what is in those vaccines, it might make them think long and hard about getting them.
But, everyone has to decide for themselves about it, but I would much rather take a round of the flu. JMO

Anyway, don't mean to lecture anyone on that. I do hope you get to feeling better very soon.

Thanks for your thoughts, you are always kind to me.  I'm doing fine though, so much better than that two hours of film noir not so fun house time that left me unable to tell one end of my twenty foot RV from another--that was right after my vortex shuffle.  That was just chemicals, confused chemicals and system weakness, but just temporary imbalance of sanity.  And my mouth isn't hurting for now.  I'm fastidious about cleaning and using an RX mouthwash from the oral surgeon. 

You nailed my real problem when real problems arise.  Each RX for opioids--which I have noting against,  I just notice their effects like I notice anything.  There is no nationwide program to track conditions such as mine.  I have to establish a well rehearsed dance with each new doc, though I have all the Xrays and documents needed--oral surgeons are aware of my condition, all you have to do is look.  The current rising pushing against the RX of pain relief drugs is just another example of a country trying to find answers for too many problems.  The history and reasons for drug use world wide throughout is a fascinating history on its own.  I might call ACS and see if I can find a path, but I think I might have tried that before.  ACS is great, and its forums really helped me during my treatment.  But, again, we are fighting a "war" on cancer, and we have an ongoing campaign plan that features unfortunate stricken children to get more money for big pharma.  Another marching song, while the stats for longevity have not significantly changed in 40 years--though granted many allopathic efforts have greatly improved, and without my treatment I would be dead.  Still, we have made no great strides in cancer cures, in mine and other opinions.  This is all very controversial, and the stats are bent and twisted like pretzels gone wild.  Current treatments seem to be the best so far in many ways, and I would always support the standard chemo, radiation, and surgery when advised by several sources.  

I ramble because I read and talked about it so many years, my ideas come out without effort, and they are just my opinions.  Much as any here, an there are plenty of us, I support anyone living with cancer or its treatment.  Unfortunately, the approach--another "war" against--for pain intervention and RX, it's just a witch hunt for now.  People, like me, who have chronic or lingering effects from treatment should be looked at in a different light for pain management, but, mainly we are not.

Thanks for your thoughts.  No reason for you  to respond as I simply had not mentioned it on any forum until this post.  I do respect your thoughts on vaccines and know you are no alone in your thinking.  I consider you my friend and appreciate your support.  I'm so glad you are basically moved in and hope you're feeling at home.  I'm staying busy here in Oregon, and trying to feel good to roll out of here.  Thankfully I have a lot of interests, and boredom has never been a problem.  So, I'm doing good and am mainly boring myself by talking about me.  But I sure appreciate your thoughts on my behalf.

Charon, as far as Big Pharma supplying free meds:

I haven't been involved in the process for a few years, but when they first started advertising it, they made it sound like a wonderful program for those who needed assistance. However the process turned into almost a "scholarship" program where only so many people could receive.  Then the application process got insane.  The applications and medical documentation needed was so complicated. I assisted many people starting the process, and to my knowledge none of them recieved the scholarship.  Hopefully the process isn't as long and difficult now, but I doubt it has changed much in 5 years.

Thank you for your thought.  You are all too kind.  I'm sure lots of us have similar stories, ha, though I hope not.  My RV is so small, it's almost impossible to fall down without landing on something soft, there is that.  Like most of us, I know others who have worse luck, but I have a habit of describing in detail.  I guess it never seemed horrible at the time, till i got back to the RV and was disoriented.  Stretching the shortest distance between two points into concentric circles ,like most things like that, demanded my immediate attention so was not so scary at the moment.  I was just lucky, and it was a distinctive fall.  You're right as far as I know about any ranging program of pain management.  Local docs are more under the gun every day, so not likely  they will worry about those types of care for gypsy types.

And, man, they were all interesting linville. I had no idea that trees could defend themselves.

I remember the one year we went out and cut a christmas tree down, ourselves, not only did we all get pneumonia, but i cried for the tree to forgive us. I do not want to be party to the death of anything or anyone. (But for fleas. ticks. Gnats.)

So, two yrs ago we got a wee tree for twenty dollars, still in its pot, that one could plant outside. Reasons unknown it died once moved to the outdoors.

Poor trees. I used to say I would never eat anything that screams thru death. But, I read years ago that plants can feel as well. So that rather leaves me with tofu. and ensure. Not many die from the making of tofu i don't believe.

Hope ur headache is gone, btw.

While touring the origins of the Amazon River, I learned that ALL the fruit and nut bearing trees have poisons.....and that is why monkeys "graze" over the tops of trees.....rather than decimating a tree. They eat just enough to not be bothered with too much of the poisons and hence leave the tree with enough fruit left over to continue to survive.

Everything that lives has an element of intelligence...hence our incredible planet.

Also, almost all the foods Parrots eat are poisonous....that's why they gather at mineral spots near rivers....they eat minerals that neutralize the poisons (and they socialize there as well)
